The Proud Boys are led by Enrique Tarrio, an Afro-Cuban American, and the membership includes over 10% blacks and browns, not a white supremacist group quite obviously, rather patriotic men who like to gather peacefully but aren’t afraid of Marxists anarchists who may try to make trouble.
