Imagine what Sleepy Joe would be like if he worked a full day (not in the basement) and then would debate or give a speech at 9pm, how do you suppose he’d perform? So Rush Limbaugh today on his world famous radio program theorized that “the lid” on Sleepy’s activity at 9am for the last two weeks are because he’s sleeping, to try to make him feel at 9pm like he would at say 4 or 5pm.
