The sea level hasn’t risen (though some sections of the shoreline have dropped by tectonic activity) since circa 1400 b. c. when a catastrophic climate change happened, the “palace economies” collapsed and begun the “Iron Age cold era” which has continued ever since. Cloud cover worldwide had greatly diminished when the the Bronze Age collapsed beginning circa 1500 b. c., because the world ocean had cooled to somewhere near today’s temperatures about 900 years after Noah’s Flood.
