Today on Rush Limbaugh’s world famous radio program, he noted a comment from a close friend who had spoken with a pollster who confided that Sleepy Joe Biden has big leads in the polls because the pollsters oversample suburban Republicans (college degreed white women) while under-sampling rural Democrats, the suburban Republicans more likely to oppose Trump while the rural Democrats more likely to support him, this trick since their previous one by flat-out oversampling Democrats mocked.
