The Supreme Court could rule that unsolicited mail-in balloting is unconstitutional (uncertain ballot signers), yet short of that, the Court could rule that there was plenty of time for the mail-in ballots to have been received before Nov. 3rd, that therefore ballots received after that date are disallowed.
