The logic of wanting 9 (to break a tie) not 8 Supreme Court justices sitting when the election happens (when the disputes arise counting of the unsolicited mail-in ballots) predictably escapes the Democrats because they intend election fraud by late ballot counting when boxes of mail-in ballots will suddenly be discovered in closets and behind flower pots.
