Barbara Lagoa has charisma befitting the Supreme Court, exuding enthusiasm, optimism, and wisdom, she would be a great addition to the Court, and much easier to confirm unless the Democrat senators want to bash a Latina with election day on the horizon and Sleepy Joe weakened with Latinos already.
