Sleepy Joe is an old-fashioned guy who likes to vote the right way (if able), yesterday having gone to the polling place at the courthouse in Wilmington to vote in the Delaware primary (kinda late isn’t it?), so isn’t Sleepy telling America it’s good to vote in person, that everybody who can should vote that way?
