Pennsylvania’s Democrat governor Tom Wolf lost his authority to enforce his draconian shutdown measures today by federal district judge Stickman who ruled that “the new normal” is unconstitutional, that saying some businesses are essential while others are not is nonsense, so now let’s see if rulings in other cases follow suit, probably a good bet considering it seems we’re near herd immunity.
