Apparently universal mail-in balloting should have been passed legally by the state legislatures of the blue states and a few swing states, not by the governors’ decrees, so if Trump runs into some electoral trouble when the votes come in, filing lawsuits against all those blue states to have the universal mail-in ballots disallowed could certainly be in play.
