Apparently North Carolina is the only swing state in jeopardy of experiencing widespread voter fraud due to universal mail-in balloting because president Trump is requesting that voters specifically in North Carolina to mail-in their votes now and then go to the polls in November to see if their mail-in ballot will have been tallied, that if not, then vote at the polls on electron day.
