The black men who’ve been shot by police almost always had resisted arrest or refused to follow instructions or even threatened the officers’ lives (by trying to grab the officer’s gun or reaching for a knife or shooting the officer’s taser at him), so it seems those who don’t follow officers’ instructions either want more trouble or can’t afford to be caught because of previous trouble with the law.
