Have the states mailing-out universal mail-in ballots (reportedly 80 million so far) had that change in their election law done by the legislatures, and if not, wouldn’t that be grounds for lawsuits against the practice? If universal mail-in balloting is not rampant and deemed legal in most of the swing states, president Trump will cruise to victory.
