From the video of the police shooting of the Kenosha man, it looks justifiable unless disobeying officers’ orders to stay in place by walking to a car, opening the driver’s door, and reaching to the floorboard should not have been of concern to the officers. Some will argue that the man was no threat, but what if he had suddenly pulled a gun and shot the officers, how were they supposed to have known that he wouldn’t do that particularly considering he’d violated the officers’ instruction to stay in place?
