This morning on CNN’s State of the Union, White House chief of staff Mark Meadows had a real good time running rings around hapless Jake Tapper, including toward the end of the interview when Tapper cited the hanging chad situation in Florida in 2000 for Meadows to retort that such a situation would be in all 50 states if universal mail-in voting were allowed.
