Submerged in Egypt’s Aboukir Bay (20 miles northeast of Alexandria) are the ruins of Menouthis on the extinct Canopic distributary of the Nile river, built by Mneseus (Menoetius to the Pelasgians and Greeks) who was brother of Atlas and son of Father Sidon (Posidon), the Egyptians knew them as the Mesentiu, also known as the Shemsu Hor who worshipped Noah’s son Shem as the sun god Horus.
