Now that it’s quite obvious to all that wearing masks in public does little to impede the spread of the highly contagious wuhan virus, that the rate of new hospitalizations has declined 20% in California and a whopping 60% in Texas is indication that we are approaching herd immunity, that which was hinted by president Trump today by saying the devastation should be ending soon.
