If it’s true that Team Trump has found ways to extend sufficient relief to Americans without a bill from Congress, then the Senate Republicans can stand strong in the negotiation, forcing Crazy Nancy and Cryin’ Chuck to come over lest Trump be enabled to save the day all by himself.
