If the president of the U. S. were a Democrat, the House Democrats would certainly not be demanding $2 trillion in excess of the emergency needs now for continuing wuhan economic relief, but because Trump puts the T in TDS, they’re demanding the excess to force the Republicans to accept it or delay the aid. Perhaps Trump will work some magic by executive orders and little known elements in federal law.
