Millions of Americans who don’t yet know about Susan Rice’s extensive involvement in the ObamaGate conspiracy (to clear Crooked Hillary and frame Donald Trump) would certainly be well informed about the situation if Biden picks Rice as his running mate, so unless Biden wants to confront John Durham’s findings aggressively rather than try to sweep it under the rug, he won’t be picking Susan Rice.
