Deaths per million of population by the wuhan virus in Turkey, Greece, Morocco, Costa Rica, and India, where hydroxychloroquine is widely available, are about half of the deaths per million in the U. S., so since Fauci says the drug doesn’t work, what does he say is the reason for the much lower rates?
