Tonight (Wednesday) Rachel Maddow tried to sell to her listeners that the low wuhan death toll now in the U. S. Northeast is because of great mitigation practices there compared to the rest of the nation where there are significant outbreaks although manageable (“the curve” still flattened), while obviously herd immunity has been reached in the Northeast, the rest of the Country soon to follow.
