President Trump in 2018 volunteered to take a cognitive test and released the results just to shut-up the TDS sufferers in the establishment media and on Capitol Hill, so with Sleepy Joe Biden’s cognitive ability in more question than was Trump’s, that Sleepy has not (and will not) take a cognitive test and release the results proves that he’s cognitively incapable of doing much more than reminiscing about Corn Pop and advising that men should marry women who have lots of sisters.
