Rasmussen Poll Shows 20% of Democrat Voters Think Biden Has Some Form of Dementia Loss of 15 Million Votes?

Assuming most people would not want to elect someone suffering dementia to the presidency of the Untied States, the 15 million or so Democrat voters who think Sleepy Joe is suffering some form of dementia could spell doom for his campaign.
