Bubba Wallace had good reason to suspect racists in the NASCAR realm upon seeing the photo of the noose in his garage, and that it was tied in October of 2019 (long before he used that garage) thus that it was not tied for him specifically to see does not change the strangeness that for nine months nobody bothered to untie that symbol of lynching to retie a simple slip knot with no such ominous overtones.
