Justice Department Could Charge the Blue State Mayors/Governors on Racketeering They’re Enabling the Anarchists

The organized anarchic rioters and vandals may be prosecuted under the federal RICO Act, against racketeering (organized crime), those indictments which could include the mayors and governors who have been enabling those organized crime groups.
