The Democrats are projecting by characterizing police departments as “systemically racist” in that blacks are being killed mostly by their fellow black citizens in the big U. S. cities run by Democrats at rates like in cities in Iraq or Syria, so they blame the Republicans who though are proposing school choice and the right for citizens to defend themselves, because criminals don’t believe in “gun free zones.”
