Susan Rice is up to her eyeballs in the ObamaGate conspiracy (to clear Crooked Hillary and frame Donald Trump), so she could be Sleepy Joe’s selection for running mate to confront the coming onslaught of information about that conspiracy, like a defense team running for the White House.
