John Bolton and his publisher knew that the content of his new book had not been cleared by the Intel Community for publication when they gave copies of the book to hundreds of media people, so did those media people know it hadn’t been cleared by the I. C. upon disclosing contents of it to the public, and if Bolton is forced to defend himself in court, might those hundreds (or at least some of them) be called as witnesses to determine what they were told by Team Bolton?
