Atlanta police officer Garrett Rolfe would almost certainly be acquitted of the felony murder charges filed against him, a conviction possible only by a manslaughter charge, so does the DA Paul Howard actually want Rolfe’s acquittal to spawn more riots, or will Howard resign, or will he lower the charges to manslaughter in order to stand a chance in court?
