Presidential executive orders by definition can be reversed by that president or one following, in this case Trump on the executive order by Obama to let the DACA people be free of deportation fears which was an illegal executive order anyway because immigration law is to be crafted by Congress not by the Supreme Court. President Trump doesn’t want to deport several million DACA people, but he does want the capability of deporting the DACA people who commit serious crimes.
