If you call the legislative work product by the only black Republican U. S. senator “a token effort,” isn’t that signaling that the senator is an Uncle Tom? So Democrat senator Dick Durbin has cast his lot with Joe Biden that “if you’re not voting Democrat then you’re not a black.”
