Today the prosecutor in the case against officer Garrett Rolfe oddly said that Rayshard Brooks was peaceful during his encounter with the two officers from whom he violently escaped, and two weeks ago the prosecutor said that a taser is considered a lethal weapon under Georgia law, so he’s made the case for the defense that Rolfe was overcharged in that killing which arguably was justified.
