President Trump wants to eliminate choke-holds by the police except in extreme circumstances, and he proposed today a national information clearinghouse to preclude the bad cops from just moving on to another city to do bad police work, which is all that the Republicans in Congress need to support, daring Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer to support it upon which they can add presuming they win majorities in both houses of Congress and the presidency in November.
