The Equality Act was passed by the Democrat majority House in 2019 but has gotten nowhere in the Republican controlled Senate, so the Supreme Court voted today in effect to make the Equality Act law by judicial fiat saying that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 should include people who decide that they aren’t what their gender indicates, so what’s the procedure to change the sex check in the box, and how often can you change it? This ruling will prove a nightmare to society, for a new Congress after the November elections to craft legislation opposing this laughable if not ominous Supreme Court ruling.
