If Team Sleepy Joe decides to put him up on a stage at real live rallies to deliver messages to thousands (hundreds?) of people, will the curious come to hear his ostensibly eloquent messaging or come to hear and see his demented wackiness in person, probably both, numbering in the hundreds, not a good look, so he’ll probably stay in the basement pumping in crowd noise audio, no laugh tracks unless by snafu.
