Government Employee Unions Make It Hard to Remove Bad Apples so Must Be Abolished or Negotiate New Terms

Bad cops, bad teachers, and crooked bureaucrats are hard to fire, members of unions which prevent firings although perfectly appropriate, a reform of that situation certainly long overdue.
