In his oddball article in The Atlantic criticizing president Trump, Mad Dog retired general Jim Mattis said that to use the Insurrection Act to quell the rioting would be unprecedented while in reality it’s been used 19 times by U. S. presidents (the last time by George H. W. Bush in 1992), and not needed says Mattis “because there are so few lawbreakers,” thus Mattis has either lost his mind or his sense of fairness is caput toward this sitting U. S. president Trump.
