Secretary of Defense Mark Esper says the rioting, looting, and murders in big cities across the Country was/is not a dire situation, thus that the U. S. military shouldn’t be deployed to assist law enforcement, so we can suppose Esper will be resigning, unless he changes his mind, or at least becomes cooperative with president Trump’s administration.
