In North Carolina the number of wuhan tests conducted per day has more than doubled over the last few weeks (6,000 per day to 13,000 per day), so although the percentage of those tested showing positive for the wuhan has decreased from 13% to 8%, with the doubling of the number of tests, the number of new cases is increasing where about 2,000,000 North Carolinians have been infected,
