Does Susan Rice’s having written three times (once at the behest of a White House lawyer) regarding the Flynn investigation that it must be done by-the-book mean that other investigations during the Obama administration were not done by-the-book (the Flynn case a rare exception), or that Rice was clumsily trying to whitewash the motives of the ObamaGate players in their effort to frame Flynn?
