Had the nursing homes in the U. S. been rigorously protected during the wuhan outbreak (rather than sending wuhan positive people back into those nursing homes), and people stayed home when showing flu or wuhan symptoms, the economy need not have been shutdown, but it was, by a scare-hoax.
