Yesterday Andrew Cuomo said that anybody who doesn’t wear a mask could become guilty of murder by spreading the wuhan, so shouldn’t Cuomo always wear a mask as a hedge, particularly considering he sent wuhan-infected elderly people to go live in senior care facilities in New York?
