Apparently U. S. attorney John Durham (who’s in daily contact with William Barr) wants Michael Flynn exonerated rather than pardoned, and is very concerned that no whistleblower from the FBI/DoJ came forth to report the scheme to frame Flynn, which is indication that many in the FBI/DoJ were complicit in the scheme and therefore subject to justice, particularly considering the scheme to frame Flynn in part was to prevent him from examining the FISA warrants fraudulently obtained by the ObamaGate players.
