Just as someone cannot sue a business for a flu virus (influenza) caught on the premises, certainly the same should apply to the wuhan virus which has a mortality rate the same as by the flu (about 0.1%), because otherwise, companies would be in constant jeopardy of being sued for that, and the influenza virus by logic would need be included in the statute, a legal nightmare for companies.
