During his interview on Morning Joe today, marginally-cogent Joe Biden (his rest at home is doing him some good) said that we must cut the new cases of wuhan down before opening the economy, yet the new case total will keep going up until everybody is the U. S. is tested, and then tested again in the fall should the virus spread widely again, all that though which would at least prove the true mortality rate now estimated at 0.1% (which could be proven now by random test results from across the Country).
