Regardless of whether or not the communist Chinese engineered the wuhan virus as a bioweapon, and whether or not that virus was deliberately let loose, the communist Chinese treated it as a bioweapon upon its spread into the population by allowing international flights out of Wuhan but not domestic flights from there, thus the wuhan virus deliberately spread to the world.
