Matt Brice who owns the Federal American Grill in Houston opened for indoor dining last night and law enforcement did not come down on him, seating 30% of the restaurant’s capacity, reservations only, his reopening apparently was a huge success. Mr. Brice says that he was 100% compliant until last night, tired of the government picking winners and losers in the reopening process.
