During his wuhan meander-fest with the press today, governor Andrew Cuomo announced the results of a study showing that 2.7 million New Yorkers have been infected by the wuhan virus, 2 million of those in the New York City area, the infected representing about 15% of the state’s population, that percentage applied across the Country for about 40 million infected.
