Will Employees Having Minor Symptoms Be Tested for Wuhan Virus & for Common Flu Does Only One Justify Time Off Work?

The influenza virus this flu season has killed about twice as many Americans than has the wuhan virus, so will employees showing minor or serious symptoms be kept off work if they test negative for the wuhan virus but positive for the flu virus?
